Making a difference in someone's life is a powerful and rewarding feeling! We are looking for several passionate individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of youth with disabilities.

As a Community-Based Program Assistant you will provide opportunity for young people with disabilities to explore their community. With your support and supervision, our participants will visit the library, go to the Y, volunteer, and engage with the community in a variety of other settings. You will reinforce, model and teach appropriate social skills to help these young people gain confidence and greater independence. You will be responsible for transporting the participant and must have a safe and reliable vehicle.

Successful applicants will have be dependable, have a passion to serve, have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Experience is helpful but we will train the right person.

This position offers flexible part-time hours on weekdays between 3PM and 6PM, with ample opportunity to pick up additional hours if desired. Covey offers a great work environment and a minimum starting wage of $12.00 per hour.
