Understands that everyone deserves to be treated with honor and respect – especially when they are assisting our clients in completing their personal cares (for example, toileting, bathing and feeding).

Imagination! Dream up new activities and refresh our existing ones, be creative and flexible in how we meet our clients’ needs, and most importantly - help our clients reach their goals no matter the challenges that may be in front of them!

Patience as you learn more about our clients and our clients learn more about you.

Familiar with diversity in communication – not all of our clients are verbal communicators so someone who has experience with (or a drive to find) alternative ways to communicate would excel in this role!

Knows the importance of building trust with our clients, their families and with our community partners.

Enjoys and is excited by discovering our clients’ interests, goals, passions and dreams.

Is at least 18 years old and has a valid driver’s license or can obtain one within 3 months.

THE OTHER STUFF:

Positions Open: We have FT and PT positions at many of our locations. Weekend only shifts are paid at a premium rate.

PAID training to include, on-the-job training, CPR/First Aid certifications, behavioral training, safety and much more. We are working hard to give our Caregivers the career growth they are looking for!

BENEFITS: Paid time off and holidays for Regular Full-Time (avg 32+ hours/week) and Regular Part-Time employees (avg 20-32 hours/week).

Must be able to pass a pre-employment screenings (Drug, TB, Physical and Background checks)
