    EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO

    We are currently seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s CEO.

    The ideal candidate will be able to work independently in a fast paced environment. This person must be exceedingly well organized, a passion for reading and writing, excellent attention to detail, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a CEO. Must have a positive and enthusiastic demeanor and work well in a strong team environment.

    The Executive Assistant is responsible for the administrative support to the CEO, which will include, but not be limited to, personal errands, travel arrangements, scheduling and maintaining his calendar, reviewing, and responding to his emails on his behalf, meeting preparation, reporting, reminding of scheduled appointments and support to other members of the Leadership Team as needed. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and a can do attitude.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provides administrative support to CEO;
    • Schedules and maintains multiple calendars of appointments and meetings;
    • Coordinate travel itineraries and remit expenses to accounting;
    • Orders supplies and arranges meetings as necessary;
    • Carries out administrative projects from beginning to end;
    • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
    • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports;
    • Take minutes during meetings;
    • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence; and
    • Other duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 5 + years work experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO and or COO, or similar role.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent ; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a busy work environment.
    • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and time-sensitivity of materials handled.
