Cox Cactus Farm is a wholesale grower in North Phoenix providing a large selection of quality plant material and exceptional customer service to landscape contractors and nurseries throughout Arizona. We are a fast-growing company seeking a Nursery Foreman to help manage day-to-day yard operations.

As the working Wholesale Nursery Foreman, you will be working with and managing the yard labor while reporting directly to the owner of the company. This is a full-time position working outdoors all day in all weather conditions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage 3-6 employees effectively and efficiently
• Mange and treat pests
• Irrigation repair and maintenance
• Greenhouse and nursery repair and maintenance
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and weed-free yard

This position has the following minimum requirements:

• Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish
• Must be able to work and manage others effectively and efficiently
• Must be able to identify some tree, plant, and cactus varieties
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel and twist continually throughout the day
• Must be able to work outdoors, regardless of weather conditions
