    Job Summary

    We are searching for a motivated and a high energy person to join our rapidly expanding team of individuals serving the surrounding areas.     We need a, “People Person” utilizing our reception staff to create that warm and welcoming impression as well as crowd controlling abilities to work efficiently with welcoming patients. We are growing rapidly and need motivated personnel to help us reach our goals and we are looking for people who work well in a team environment!

    • Hours Per Week: 30-40
    • Type of Position: Full-Time

    • Responsibilities and Duties will be leveraged in:
    • Creating a good first and lasting impression on our clients
    • People & customer service skills, quality of care and communication
    • Client education in vaccination, wellness and growing strong relationships
    • Client comfort, compassion and empathy for the owners concerns
    • Multitasking with records, payments, phones, admitting and discharge
    • Scheduling boarding/Grooming
    • Remaining calm and collected in the face of emergency situations.

    Coyne Veterinary Center offers competitive wages, PTO accrual, (after 90 days)  closed major holidays, discounted veterinary services (after 90 day probationary period) as well as a set of 4 scrubs for full-time and 2 for part-time embroidered.  After 60 days Vision, Dental and Health insurance for 30 + hours (on average) with Coyne Veterinary Center covering 60% of the deductible for medical benefits. After the first year of employment there is also an opportunity to benefit from our 401K profit-sharing program so your earning potential could be limitless! Plus, employee referral program for new hires and lunch provided for on Saturday.
