    Craft operates a fleet of aircraft for on demand charter. We are growing and looking to fill a new position in our Accounting Department. We are seeking applicants that are ready to get immersed in the deep end and ready to come in with a growth mentality.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience. Any aviation background & experience is a plus. If you are hungry to grow and thrive in a fast paced environment, this is the job for you.

    Responsibilities

    • Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
    • Perform administrative support functions
    • Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
    • Handle monthly and quarterly reports
    • Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll
    • Analyze Account trends and Forecast data
    • Develop & nurture client relationships

    Qualifications

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Highly detail-oriented

    • Accounting/Finance Background
