The primary duty of the Clinical Supervisor is to collaborate closely with the Program Director to assist in the expansion and development of the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program. They will also oversee clinical operations within the SUD programs. The Clinical Supervisor is in charge of: • Promoting revenue growth by carefully monitoring income generation on a weekly basis, and finding new strategies to expand the growth. • Assisting counselors in observing documentation necessities. • Supplying professional clinical supervision and oversight. • Substituting for any clinical roles when necessary. • Participating in Executive Management meetings with the Agency as well as several task committees when needed. • Representing the Agency at meetings with external stakeholders, associates, and prospective associates. • Instructing and supplying clinical supervision to counselors and interns. • Examining employee performance and issuing constructive discipline when required. • Ensuring compliance with legal policies, guidelines, and quality standards in the department. • Checking that all client files and other related documents are up-to-date. • Planning, organizing, and supervising the delivery of client care services.
