As Inside Sales Representative you will learn the business and develop product knowledge through aggressive training while prospecting for new clients.

Compensation includes salary and benefits such as medical, dental, vision and 401K and bonus structure based on growth

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1-2 year’s work experience preferably in a sales and/or customer service environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced, customer-centric organization where results matter and customer care is a passion
• Adaptive personality with the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
• Must have excellent organizational, written and oral communication, listening and presentation skills
• Experience with hardware products desirable but not necessary
• Mechanical aptitude required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generating sales leads by networking, cold-calling prospects and building relationships as part of a coordinated sales strategy
• Uncover opportunities with new and existing accounts
• Provide extraordinary customer service
• Develop expertise on security hardware products
