About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble composite components according to technical specifications.

Utilize hand tools and machinery to ensure precision and quality in production.

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflows.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in composite materials.

Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.

Proven experience in a manufacturing or craftsmanship role preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Familiarity with composite materials and manufacturing processes is advantageous.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward learning and growth.

Basic understanding of safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
