RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete various handyman and remodel jobs such as drywall, carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing, etc.

Deliver excellent work and customer service

Keep a clean and safe job site

Organize and manage materials and equipment for the jobs

Invoice and collect payment as needed

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

7 to 10+ years of home repair and remodel experience

Hands-on skills with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry

Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems

Estimating experience is a plus, we will train

Friendly personality and committed to great customer service

A strong work ethic and highly dependable

Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools

Valid Driver's License is required

General Liability and Workers Comp are required as 1099.
