Trillium Pacific Millwork is seeking a talented and driven Craftsman Woodworker to join our growing custom shop. This hands-on role involves crafting high-quality wood products such as countertops, decorative panels, and specialty items. Responsibilities: Some of the responsibilities include: • Using tools such as routers, orbital sanders, and hand tools to fabricate and finish custom woodwork. • Performing high-quality finishing work, including sanding, sealing, staining, and top-coating. • Working independently and collaboratively to complete a wide variety of projects. • Helping to develop and refine production methods for high-volume product lines. • Contributing creatively to new product development and prototyping. • Following all safety protocols and actively promoting a safe work environment. Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience in woodworking, millwork, or related craft trades. • Proven skills in finishing techniques and surface preparation. • Knowledge of woodworking methods, materials, and tools. • Ability to read and follow shop drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude. • U.S. work authorization required. Compensation: $20 - $28 hour DOE
