We are looking for an experienced Custom Millwork professional to join our team at Trillium Pacific Millwork, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting custom products, such as countertops, decorative panels, and more, to meet the individual needs of our customers. In this role, you must be organized, detail-oriented, and have experience in the fabrication of high-quality products. Responsibilities: • Work safely at all times and be an advocate for safety • Use tools like a router, orbital sander, table saw, etc., to finish projects • Work independently and in teams to complete projects • Creatively work with the team to develop methods for the production of high-volume products • Assist with the development of new products Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in woodworking and/or crafting • US work authorization • Thorough knowledge of woodwork methods and techniques • Ability to read and interpret woodworking plans and blueprints • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and workmanship • Good communication and teamwork skills Compensation: $20 - $28 hour DOE
