Proven success managing a team to achieve individual goals that drive revenue. Leadership skills required to help individuals develop and improve their skills conducting an education-based interaction with consumers as part of a patient consultation for modern vision correction procedures.

In this role, you are a coach with mastery of sales, customer service, and operational processes. Up to half the time will be spent in the patient-facing role directly as a Patient Counselor. You exhibit a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence as you meet with patients following their exams and specific recommendations by our surgeons. You explain financing options and schedule patients for their procedures.

The qualified candidate will love sales and leading a team. They will demonstrate a history of behaving with the following qualities:
