We have an exciting opportunity to add to our growing organization!  We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to help oversee the production of our custom cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts.  We have a hardworking, yet fun culture (I mean, we are working with cake) and are a company with strong values and a growth-orientated mindset.

Overview of Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production with a continuous improvement mindset
• Participate in daily production functions where needed
• Maintain weekly staff schedule
• Aid with procurement and tracking inventory

Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery
• Experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Able to exhibit strong work ethic, positive attitude, trustworthiness, and forward-thinking mindset
• Able to work full time, including some weekend hours
• Able to work in Verona
