CRAMER FISH SCIENCES (CFS) HAS AN IMMEDIATE NEED FOR A SEASONAL BIOLOGICAL TECHNICIAN BASED OUT OF OUR WEST SACRAMENTO, CA OFFICE.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ability to accurately interpret and follow established protocols, guidelines, and procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to express and exchange ideas

EDUCATION/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
FISHERIES AND/OR RESTORATION EXPERTISE: DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO WORK ALONE OR AS PART OF A TEAM COLLECTING HIGH-QUALITY FIELD OR LABORATORY DATA. WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF THE SCIENTIFIC METHOD AND ITS APPLICATION IN FIELD EXPERIMENTS.
SCIENCE-BUSINESS BALANCE. Demonstrated expertise and be passionate about science, natural resources and resolving complex fishery problems.
Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries, Biology, or related science degree, or four years of related experience, or a combination of undergraduate education and related experience
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Demonstrated skills in data collection
