Cranberry Creek Cranberries is currently looking for an Assistant Marsh Manager / Mechanic to support our marsh operations. The successful candidate will work out of Cranberry Creek’s Main location north of Necedah, WI, and will split their time working side by side with our Marsh Manager overseeing maintenance of cranberry acreage and assisting the shop personnel with general mechanic tasks. Responsibilities: • Assist the Marsh Manager in successful maintenance and upkeep of cranberry property • Execute programs such as Water Management, Nutrition, Moisture, Pest, and Cultural practices • Participate in other team projects • Perform general mechanic-related tasks Qualifications: • High School equivalency • 1 year of mechanic experience is preferred, but not required • Excellent teamwork skills • Must be self-directed and independently motivated Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly
