We’re seeking individuals who are capable of helping maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment as needed, and also help grow cranberries. Responsibilities: • Continue learning and growing technical skills and opportunities • Operate and maintain farm equipment safely. • Help diagnose and fix equipment and vehicles. • Lift 50lb bags of fertilizer repeatedly during the summer months. • Weed control - operate mowers, weed trimmers, and weed wipers as needed. • Distribute bee hives during pollination season. • Welding experience is a plus. • Small construction experience is a plus. • Ability to help pull and lay irrigation pipe. • Renovation tasks: haul dirt, install buried irrigation, plant cranberry vines. • Harvest cranberries. Qualifications: • Must be an effective communicator who maintains a solid work ethic • Strong manual dexterity and proficiency with hand tools and other repair shop equipment is necessary • A valid driver’s license is necessary • Must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly. • Past farm or cranberry experience a plus. Compensation: $17 - $22 hourly
