    Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Compensation: The compensation structure is a mix of hourly base and bonus compensation. The hourly base is $9 per hour, annualized to $17,280 per year. At minimum standard (what it takes to remain in the position), annualized bonus compensation is $66,000 per year. The vast majority of the compensation is bonus compensation. These numbers are at the plan; these are not guaranteed salaries. Responsibilities: Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • You will have a certain number of contacts, nurtures to add, appointments scheduled, appointments completed, exclusives/listings taken, and closings that you must hit per week, at minimum • You must live in Central Ohio. While you may work from home after you are trained, you will be required to complete in-person training at our Polaris or Delaware office and attend an in-person weekly meeting. Qualifications: Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience in sales is preferred • A real estate license is not required; however, it is preferred • We hire for talent, not experience Compensation: $60,000 - $83,000 yearly
