Job Description

YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL INCLUDE:

· Maintain the AP inbox

· Track trade and general expense aging payables

· Resolve invoice discrepancies (payment terms, pricing, purchase orders, etc.)

· Resolve vendor issues to ensure processing on a timely basis

· Calculate and send vendor payment remittances

· Track and maintain vendor payment terms database

· Complete credit applications as needed

· Review Open Order for all assigned vendors

· Verify GL coding is correct

· Prepare check runs

· Enter Merchandise & General payable invoices

· Complete positive pay and resolve any issues that come through the bank

· Review all assigned vendor statements

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

· 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting, accounts payable, or similar

· Accounting degree preferred but not required
