$19 to $22 an hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Crater to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged securely and efficiently for shipment. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create custom crates for packing and shipping of large objects
• Package products carefully to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure clarity in orders and requests.
• Perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and transactions.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Experience

• Previous carpentry experience preferred
• Strong phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Familiarity with stock management processes is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse customers and team members.
• Basic math skills are essential for measurements and inventory counts.
