    The Director of Workforce Solutions Marketing is a key leadership position in the Cross Country Healthcare. The Director will oversee all a variety of marketing and communications functions, including developing the Workforce Solutions strategy, tactics, target segments, messaging, programs, and digital strategy, collateral, corporate branding, content, thought leadership, events, enterprise projects and social media.

     

    • Partner with senior business leaders to develop marketing strategies and plans that support key business goals and have a measurable impact on business performance.
    • Create, manage, coordinate and execute all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed expectations.
    • Oversight for design and development of traditional and digital media, creative assets and advertising.
    • Negotiate contracts with marketing vendors and partners, manage marketing budget and prepare RFP’s as needed.
    • Provide regular analysis and reporting to senior leadership.
    • Lead and manage creative services for direct, online, event marketing, and public relations for all field retention programs.
    • Develop, manage and regularly report on talent acquisition programs for Cross Country brands to ensure optimal candidate flow at most efficient costs.
    • Achieve targeted results and ensure timely and effective execution of marketing tactics and programs.
    • Analyze evaluate, plan and execute on both existing and potential marketing activates and strategies. Develop benchmark criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs.
    • Conduct and analyze market research to determine competitiveness.
    • Measure the effectiveness of the marketing programs and implement improvements as required.
    • Identify, interpret, and capitalize on marketing trends.
    • Coach mentor and raise the team’s ability to deliver and exceed expectations while creating opportunities for succession talent.
    • Develop and prepare key messaging and presentation material for senior management
    • Research, analyze and report on economic trends, buying habits and the demographic characteristics of consumers’, preferences for company products and those of competitors.
    • Work closely with internal departments and other senior executives to create demand and recognition of the company’s product offerings.

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or other similar discipline, MBA or Master’s degree in related discipline.
    • 8-10 years’ experience with 7 in progressive Marketing roles at the senior management level.
    • A track record of performance excellence meeting targets and objectives.
    • Strong analytical, planning forecasting and budgeting/financial skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team and focuses their energy on achieving business goals
    • Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding time frames
    • Proven ability to lead a proactive marketing organization and ensure accountability for results that maximize contribution to business objectives.
