    The primary responsibility of the Social Media and Marketing Coordinator is to assist in the execution of results-driven initiatives for Cross Country Healthcare’s (CCH) brands in order to drive business development and productization, candidate supply and retention, brand awareness and reputation and thought leadership and social engagement. This individual will play an important role in implementing effective strategies to increase supply and develop candidate engagement, while increasing visibility of brands to include, but not limited to, online marketing, partnerships, collaterals, advertising, events/event marketing, content, and social media.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic brand-building and results-driven marketing to generate awareness for Cross Country Healthcare (CCH)
    • Support corporate image and individual divisions to include traditional and digital marketing tactics.
    • Promote social engagement and propose relevant programs to increase engagement and participation with target audiences internally and
    • Assist in development of thought leadership for web content, social media and marketing collateral.
    • Provide support and assistance to marketing
    • Implement social media and advertising
    • Assist in analyzing marketing data/campaign results to help shape future marketing strategies.
    • Effectively support CCH brands and their unique needs, while determining the strategies and initiatives that are most effective for their specific
    • Manage multiple projects and conflicting
    • Meet work and productivity
    • Drive new ideas and
    • Produce thorough, accurate and reliable
    • Meet work expectations and deadlines with
    • Maintain flexibility and willingness to assist and fill in as
    • Learn, retain and apply specific job knowledge and technology required for the

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field with 1+ years Marketing experience in healthcare, staffing or professional services

    • Experience developing B2B social content and messaging

    • Thorough understanding of concepts, best practices and procedures within the traditional and digital marketing fields

    • Knowledge of standard and innovative concepts, practices and procedures within marketing and healthcare

    • Knowledge of web-based technologies, online marketing practices and social media strategies
