The Social Media and Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing creative content and strategies for various communication channels including social media, content marketing and public relations to support and promote the Cross Country Healthcare family of brands. This individual will use their skills and experience to influence, monitor, enhance and direct conversations and perceptions among our target audiences and will work closely with the Brand Marketing Managers to develop strategic messaging that helps generate and convert leads, while building relationships with advocates and influencers, including publications and associations, and create opportunities for extended partnership and engagement.
