Cejka Executive Search seeks a Research Associate to source candidates via resume databases and networking sites, while maintaining existing data integrity. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and evaluate sources for obtaining highly specialized healthcare candidates, including, but not limited to, internal proprietary database, websites, subscription databases, social media sites, professional business organizations/societies, internet research and job boards
• Proactively generate current and accurate contact information on suitable candidates that meet the criteria for existing and/or anticipated job openings
• Maintain current and accurate candidate/contact information in appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System, Relationship Management systems, etc.)
• Coordinate data entry of new candidate and competitive data into designated applicant tracking system and other specific data identified as needed to improve the content of the internal database
• Utilize designated software for establishing candidate searches, and executing recruitment campaigns to appropriate talent communities
• Update Executive Search “Sourcing” folder as appropriate with original research, purchased lists, etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Ideal candidates will possess an Associate’s Degree and two years of relevant experience, or a combination thereof.
• Candidates must possess strong computer proficiency conducting internet research in a productive manner with skill in finding very specialized information.  
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience with Applicant Tracking systems (eRecruit) is ideal.
