    The Recruitment Coordinator will provide support to the Recruiters in an assigned Branch and/or Region. They will be responsible for finding, filtering, qualifying, and presenting candidates to build a strong candidate pool for our client vacancies.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS   

     

    • Works with branch staff to identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
    • Post and manage job ads on external sites in an effort to attract quality candidates.
    • Creatively source candidates utilizing outside-the-box techniques; target job boards and social media sites, along with other relevant resources to fill open orders and build and/or strengthen the overall candidate pipeline.
    • Check for new prospect applicants in the Company database as part of search process for specific positions.
    • Contact prospect applicants to determine interest level; screen interested candidate qualifications.
    • Refer qualified candidates to the recruiter for follow-up and prospective placement.
    • Conduct routine availability calls for all interviewed candidates.
    • Must build rapport and maintain consistent communication with candidates to develop positive working relationships.
    • Perform all necessary onboarding functions, i.e., verifying references, work experience, applicable licensure/certification(s), pre-employment drug testing, background checks, etc.
    • Provide support with ensuring candidate application packets are completed properly.

    • Adaptability - Ability to manage competing demands and changing priorities.
    • Planning & Organizing - Using time efficiently to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
    • Computer Proficient - Must be proficient in MS Office, utilizing search engines and social media sites, conducting candidate searches and utilizing company databases.
    • Teamwork & Accountability - Working towards common goals while being accountable for assigned tasks; be amicable and work well with others; willingness to assist colleagues when needed.
    • Customer service focused - The desire to take care of HCP needs and going above and beyond to fulfill those needs.

     

    Required Experience

     

    • One year related experience, preferably in staffing business

     

    Education: High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and sufficient experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Bachelor degree preferred.
