OVERVIEW:
Our client is a nationwide referral service that helps customers sell their homes and save on commission. This position has the potential to grow into a leadership role. This is your chance to make an impact as an integral part of a high-growth startup team. You would be connecting potential home owners with Real Estate Agents.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect and recruit new real estate agents
- Close consumers who are looking to sell their home
- Manage a CRM, take clear notes, and communicate effectively with the team while under tight time pressure
- Prospect top-rated agents in major markets
- Execute self-directed outreach campaigns using phone and email
- Rapidly master real estate concepts and learn to communicate them fluently to others
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Real Estate Agent is a MUST
- A fearless salesperson with a hunter mentality
- Experience with cold email and B2B/ B2C prospecting
- History of exceeding goals and expectations
- Comfortable managing an inbox and working in a CRM
FURTHER DETAILS:
- Work from home
- Saturday/Sunday are REQUIRED, you will have 2 weekdays off in exchange (40 hours per week)
- Competitive base salary with commission
- Base $50K, annual earnings of $80K
