OVERVIEW:

Our client is a nationwide referral service that helps customers sell their homes and save on commission. This position has the potential to grow into a leadership role. This is your chance to make an impact as an integral part of a high-growth startup team. You would be connecting potential home owners with Real Estate Agents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect and recruit new real estate agents
• Close consumers who are looking to sell their home
• Manage a CRM, take clear notes, and communicate effectively with the team while under tight time pressure
• Prospect top-rated agents in major markets
• Execute self-directed outreach campaigns using phone and email
• Rapidly master real estate concepts and learn to communicate them fluently to others

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Real Estate Agent is a MUST
• A fearless salesperson with a hunter mentality
• Experience with cold email and B2B/ B2C prospecting
• History of exceeding goals and expectations
• Comfortable managing an inbox and working in a CRM

FURTHER DETAILS:

• Work from home
• Saturday/Sunday are REQUIRED, you will have 2 weekdays off in exchange (40 hours per week)
• Competitive base salary with commission
  • Base $50K, annual earnings of $80K
