ACCOUNT MANAGER – STAFFING AND RECRUITING – KENNESAW GA 

We are working with a staffing agency in Kennesaw who is looking to bring on a full time W2 Account Manager to their team! They are looking for AGGRESSIVE AND PERSISTENT PEOPLE who are familiar with growing an account base. This individual must be able to work independently, be detail oriented and possess the mentality to do whatever it takes to get the job done. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Finding new clients
• Growing current client base
• Qualifying job orders.
• Coordinating with recruiters to close assignments.
• Negotiating contracts

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years experience in the staffing industry (Engineering preferred)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Very competitive base salary
• Uncapped commissions – year one earnings average $90,000 - $100,000
• Year 2 an onward average $150,000
