POSITION SUMMERY

• Act as strategic partner to support HQ compensation and benefit strategies to ensure organization effectiveness globally.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external resources to develop, deploy and improve compensation and benefit processes and solutions to accelerate workforce growth and enhance talent retention and attraction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with business leaders, HR resources and external consultants to design and manage flagship compensation programs.
• Lead teams to design and develop necessary short-term and long-term incentive scheme with customized approaches to accelerate local and global competitiveness for the company. Consult to local and regional business and functional units to execute or support delivery included performance management, merit development, talent attraction & retention and overall compensation management.
• Identify company’s strategic direction for total remuneration by aligning with organizational growth target. Design and deploy solutions accordingly.
• Develop and ensure the consistent and effective application and deployment of compensation management and benefit services.
• Coach team members and provide feedback to help them achieve high performance. Provide opportunities to stretch their abilities and grow in their roles.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment where team members are motivated to do their best and contribute to the organization.
• Required to be an initiator or leader for global projects.

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum of 15 years in HR related experience, with minimum of current 10 years focus on compensation and benefit areas.
• Master or Bachelor’s degree on human resource, or related majors
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices include compensation trend, expatriate assignment, tax implication, equality/share reward implementation on a global basis.
• With a demonstrated record of success as a hands-on, contributing leader of a team in a highly respected, performance-driven, people-focused, and fast-moving company.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate, design, facilitate, and deliver C&B programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build mutually beneficial and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and influence without title.
• Exceptional relationship management skills, including strong competency with senior leadership, vendor management and cultural awareness.
• Strong program development, prioritization, and assessment skills
• Superior ability to build partnerships across functions and businesses.
• Strong communication skills – written, oral and presentation in both English and Mandarin.
