Job Description

Our client is a well-established company that is expanding into the Virginia market, where they're looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join their team. They are a leading supplier of customized temporary heating, cooling, and dehumidification solutions.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement a territory marketing plan by collaborating with team and utilizing Salesforce application and other social-media channels to manage leads and build prospects.
• Travel to and from client locations and new prospects on a regular basis providing our high-level customer service while generating sales of existing and new prospects.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records to support efficient sales results.
• Retrieve and deliver equipment, when necessary, to support the Service Team and our goals to deliver excellent service and commitment to the customer.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of B2B commercial construction or building material sales experience
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience selling to industries such as construction sites, hospitals, academic, computer rooms etc. is a plus

POSITION BENEFITS:

• Base pay plus Commission, annual earnings $75K+
  • up to $55K base, with 3% commission structure
• Mileage reimbursement
