About the Role:

Clean Air LLC in Greensboro, NC is looking for a skilled Crawlspace Encapsulation and Mold Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in improving the health and safety of homes and enjoy hands-on work that makes a real difference, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Install crawlspace encapsulation systems including vapor barriers, drainage matting, and moisture control solutions

Perform mold inspection, remediation, and treatment in crawlspaces, basements, and other affected areas

Assess and document moisture levels, mold growth, and structural concerns in crawlspace environments

Operate dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and other remediation equipment safely and effectively

Communicate findings and project progress clearly with homeowners and team leads

Follow all safety protocols including proper use of PPE and containment procedures

Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in clean, working condition

Requirements:

Prior experience in crawlspace encapsulation, mold remediation, or a related field preferred

Comfortable working in confined spaces, crawlspaces, and physically demanding environments

Knowledge of moisture control, vapor barriers, and mold remediation best practices

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform strenuous physical labor

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
