    CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE (CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES) 

    Hello! We're Craze Marketing, an emerging marketing agency based in Charlotte. If you have experience in customer service, retail sales, food service, or similar and are now looking for a more professional position with better pay, better hours, and more advancement potential, we'd love to hear from you! 

    Our brand representation campaigns have become so popular this year that we need to double the size of our current team by the end of the year to keep up with demand! We're looking for people that are 18+ years of age, able to start within 2 weeks' time, and passionate about delivering a good customer experience! 

    Our Client Representatives work in small teams at retail venues, pop-up stalls, local events, and other pre-agreed locations throughout the Greater Charlotte area. They help our clients connect with their existing customer base and their target market face-to-face. These positive customer interactions lead to increased market share, better brand awareness/recognition, and more long-term customers. 

    If you join our team, you'll be fully trained and given on-site support while learning the ropes. You'll then be expected to initiate conversations, answer questions, and provide support while also aiming to acquire new customers!

People starting out in a customer service/sales position this month could be working in recruitment, client relations, training, coaching and development, or even business management within 6 months' time.
