Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to help our Sales Associates by fulfilling customer orders, answering customer calls and emails, monitoring inventory levels and helping customers locate parts. The successful candidates will be extremely detail-oriented and capable of performing their duties independently. The best candidates will have prior experience working in a successful, fast-paced retail environment and an obsession with customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Present and explain products to potential customers. * Respond to customer inquiries in a helpful, courteous, and timely manner. * Greet customers by introducing yourself and shaking their hand when in person. * Keep the store clean and tidy. * Refer customers to other associates when necessary. * Have experience working on a retail floor. * Be an effective salesperson.
