Creator Success is at the center of Vocal and we’re looking for a part-time Creator Success Associate to nurture new relationships and strengthen existing ones with the 1,000,000+ creators on Vocal.
The responsibilities of the job will be split between helping to maintain the safety of Vocal communities and helping creators maximize their success on the platform, as well as participating in the feedback loop of creator needs and platform improvements.

We’re currently looking for part-time employees who can commit to 20-30 hours per week, with flexible shift times — afternoons and weekends preferred.
THE CREATOR SUCCESS ASSOCIATE WILL BE EXPECTED TO:
Foster safe communities by moderating creator submissions for adherence to Vocal’s community guidelines
Understand the needs of creators and then communicate those insights to the Vocal management team
Master knowledge of the Vocal platform, understand all resources and community guidelines, and become an expert in solving problems with a creator-centric approach
Identify opportunities to develop new resources and materials designed to ensure successful creator onboarding and deepen Vocal proficiency for both creators and the rest of the Vocal team
Be flexible!
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
Have a Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related major
Have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Content Moderation, Community Management, or Copy Editing
Be an excellent writer and communicator, ideally with a passion for the art of storytelling
Be able to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
Be a resourceful and creative problem solver
Be able to multitask and efficiently jump between multiple job duties
Be familiar with the Vocal platform
Have a working knowledge of Zendesk (preferred)
Have a working knowledge of best SEO practices (preferred)
ABOUT VOCAL
Vocal is a long-form publishing platform owned by Creatd. Currently, Vocal has 38 genre-specific communities in its growing network, ranging from science fiction, to health and wellness, gaming, poetry, and more. Creators on Vocal can submit stories to any of the communities in the network; once their stories are published, they earn on the engagement their stories receive and can accept tips from their readers. All stories are vetted by our Creator Success team prior to publication, who ensures the safety and integrity of the platform.
