Creative Advisor – Digital Product Marketing
Position Summary:
We’re looking for a highly skilled and visually-driven Creative Advisor to lead the development of impactful graphics, design templates, short-form videos, and sales-enablement visuals that support go-to-market (GTM) strategy and elevate how we show up with customers.
In this cross-functional role, you’ll serve as the creative partner to Sales, Product Marketing, and Growth teams—translating messaging and positioning into high-quality visual assets that drive clarity, confidence, and conversion. From on-brand pitch decks to demo videos, you’ll bring creative polish to the customer journey across every stage of the funnel.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a multidisciplinary designer who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and brings both creative vision and production efficiency to every deliverable.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Design & Storytelling
Design and maintain a scalable library of branded pitch decks, templates, and visual frameworks to support sales conversations across multiple industries (ecommerce, automotive, healthcare, etc).
Create compelling templates, graphics and layouts that bring product marketing messages to life across verticals and buyer personas.
Translate complex ideas into clean, modern visuals that simplify understanding and inspire action.
Collateral & Asset Development
Support product marketing and enablement execution with creative assets such as infographics, pitch decks, one-pagers, and visuals for campaigns.
Collaborate on short-form product demo videos and animated explainers that showcase key features and benefits.
Package visual deliverables for use across sales, events, digital, social and email channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales to prioritize and fulfill design needs that align with strategic goals.
Participate in messaging and content planning sessions to proactively recommend visual support.
Help train internal teams on how to use and adapt provided creative assets.
Brand Stewardship & Quality Control
Ensure all visual materials meet brand standards, style guidelines, and accessibility best practices.
Maintain consistency and quality across creative assets, regardless of format or audience.
Act as a creative advisor to internal stakeholders, advocating for clean design and thoughtful visual communication.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in a visual design, brand creative, or content design role, ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and/or Figma, PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools.
Demonstrated ability to produce on-brand design assets that support messaging, storytelling, and sales enablement goals.
Experience collaborating with marketers, product teams, and customer-facing stakeholders.
Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver multiple assets on tight timelines.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including decks, graphics, and short-form videos.
