    StaffBuffalo is working with a well-established, family-owned organization to hire a Creative Brand & Marketing Manager, paying $75,000 - $85,000 per year. This is a highly visible, in-person role where you will have the opportunity to shape and elevate a growing brand within a dynamic B2B environment.

With an energized leadership team, they are now seeking a creative, forward-thinking marketing professional who can bring fresh ideas, modern branding strategies, and a more retail-inspired presentation to their marketing efforts.

    In this Creative Brand & Marketing Manager role, you will lead brand storytelling, drive new product launches, and collaborate closely with internal teams to create engaging campaigns across email, social media, and print. You will oversee key marketing initiatives, guide creative direction, and play a central role in pushing the company’s marketing approach to the next level.

    This is an in-person, on-site role in the Northtown's of Buffalo, NY.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase visibility, awareness, and excitement around products and services
    • Lead monthly new product launches, including photography coordination, product details, imprint information, descriptions, logo approvals, and data accuracy
    • Partner with the graphics team to create daily email blasts, social media content, marketing pieces, and brand-forward campaign materials
    • Elevate marketing materials with a more modern, retail-inspired look across catalogs, digital content, product displays, and sales support tools
    • Own the development of two annual catalogs and four quarterly trend reports that highlight products, opportunities, and market direction
    • Oversee product and marketing data across internal systems, external sources, and content platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy
    • Coordinate major trade show preparation, including product displays, marketing materials, and cross-functional communication

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, creative direction, or product marketing, ideally in a B2B or product-focused environment
    • Strong creative vision with the ability to establish brand storytelling, generate fresh ideas, and move concepts into execution
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite required; hands-on graphic design ability is a strong plus
    • Understanding of print, imprint, decoration, or production processes, including one-color, two-color, and four-color process work, preferred
    • Experience with email marketing, social media content, CRM, ERP, content management, or product data systems helpful
    • Self-starter with strong project management skills, collaborative leadership ability, and comfort working in an in-office team environment
