Compensation: • Salary Range: $42,000-$52,000 • Paid Time Off • Health Benefits • 401K Responsibilities: As an Operations Associate with CCWMG, you will be responsible for: • Tracking and managing all client and account maintenance next steps • Maintaining client business flow and pipeline • Handling issues related to the accuracy of client data in CRM • Ensuring that all vendor and disclosure materials are up to date • Managing day-to-day tasks, including handling incoming phone calls, maintaining office supplies and environment, managing incoming mail, and filing to compliant standards • Undertaking other operations and client services tasks as assigned Qualifications: To be a successful Operations Associate with CCWMG, you must: • Strive to relentlessly deliver quality • Exhibit excellent customer service skills, viewing our clients as an extension of our family • Embrace innovation and actively seek improvement • Work collaboratively within our team • Possess genuine integrity and an excellent attitude • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions, be organized, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of efficiency Compensation: $42,000 - $52,000
