$14 to $16 an hour

We are a family-owned business located near Hamilton, Ohio serving people with developmental disabilities in an Adult Day Program setting. We are hiring a few full-time employees to work from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm - Monday through Friday. We are conveniently located near Trenton and Hamilton. We are looking for a few reliable and caring people to provide care to our participants. We offer a comfortable work environment alongside a great team that is supportive and enjoyable to work with. We need enthusiastic, outgoing, creative, compassionate people who loves helping people. A passion for people is a must!

Your work duties will include but are not limited to the following: providing transportation in a company vehicle, providing daily supervision, and assisting in the development of work-related skills, social skills, hygiene, self-care, and daily living skills. We assist in reaching goals in these areas on a daily basis. We provide opportunities to participate in community inclusion, recreation, volunteer opportunities, art therapy, music therapy, dance, exercise, and sensory activities.

WE PROVIDE TRAINING NEEDED

Requirements include:

• Pass a criminal background check

• Clean drug screen

• Physician statement for driving

• Valid driver's license with less than 6 points on driving record
