We’re currently seeking to hire an entry-level Creative Design Assistant to join our Boulder, Colorado office and support our dedicated marketing team of two. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Technical & Listing Support (approx. 80% of your time) • Floor Plans: Create floor plans for upcoming listings according to specified guidelines and software. Training will be provided. • Basic Video Editing: Perform basic video editing (not just using CapCut or similar) for short videos to be uploaded on social media. Training is available if you’re willing to learn. • Mockups: Create mockups using pre-existing, brand-guided templates for listing and marketing needs. Design & Content Creation (approx. 20% of your time): • Ability to follow existing brand guidelines and structures to develop compelling marketing materials , including property flyers, listing presentations, and social media graphics. Support content creation for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. • We want to see what makes you stand out! Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Vision insurance Qualifications: CORE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Required: • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( Illustrator , Photoshop , InDesign , After Effects ). • Strong understanding of typography , color theory , and composition. • Basic video editing experience ( Premiere , DaVinci Resolve , or similar). • Ability to consistently apply brand guidelines with attention to detail. • Basic photo retouching and image optimization skills. • Familiarity with Canva for quick-turn content. • Awareness of social media trends and best practices for Instagram , Facebook , LinkedIn , and YouTube. • Excellent organization and file management skills. • A proactive self-starter capable of working independently , but also as part of a team. • A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done. • Passion for digital media. Bonus Skills: • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or project management. • Knowledge of preparing files for both print and digital use (bleeds, scaling, export settings). • Prior experience in real estate marketing or working in a fast-paced creative environment. • Passion for branding, marketing, and real estate.
