    BACKGROUND

    The Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center is the only global cyber intelligence sharing community solely focused on financial services. We are a secure “town square” for banks and other financial services firms around the world to share information about cyber threats. Given our members are some of the world's biggest brands, we hold our brand and visual communications to the highest of standards.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    We are currently looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to join our Corporate Affairs team. The creative designer will report directly to the Chief Corporate Affairs and Communications Officer and will design a wide range of creative assets and oversee the development and maintenance of our visual brand across all media, with a particular emphasis on reports and presentations. On a daily basis, the designer will create and customize a wide variety of assets to be used on our website, social media, and other channels. The designer will also help generate new design concepts and apply them to creative campaigns such as event promotion, and will work with our team to build unique stories with infographics, reports, etc.

    This position plays a key role in supporting FS-ISAC's overall branding and communications goals.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create design assets for multiple channels, including reports, presentations, and other print assets; and digital assets such as event promotion and infographics
    • Create, maintain and optimize corporate Word and PowerPoint templates for multiple uses
    • Act as custodian of our brand, ensuring all uses meet guidelines and policies
    • Ensure all assets are implemented correctly across all channels
    • Contribute to the successful execution and optimization of multi-channel brand and communications campaigns

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    • Strong command of Adobe's Creative Cloud and other design tools, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, and Image generation tools.
    • Strong command of Microsoft Office template design, including updating, troubleshooting, and optimizing Word and PowerPoint templates
    • Experience managing a brand from a visual perspective
    • Creative mind who contributes fresh ideas
    • Ability to expand brand applications while maintaining consistency
    • Entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit, successful when working independently or as part of a team
    • Works well in a deadline-driven environment
    • Experience with financial services and/or cybersecurity a plus

    Please note: The final slate of candidates for this role will receive a short design exercise to complete in order to move forward.

    EDUCATION

    • 3-5 years of experience in designing assets and brand management
    • Degree in design a plus, but not required
    • Must provide a portfolio of work
