FINANCE ASSOCIATE OPPORTUNITY WITH NFP FOUNDATION

• Our client is seeking a Finance Associate to help continue achieve their mission and provide grants to vibrant communities
• The foundation was established 40+ years ago with interested of funding civil rights, environmental protection initiatives, and the fine arts
• They seek someone to help lift up the voices of marginalized people to create a sustainable environment in tomorrow’s world
• Located near Union Square operating on a hybrid schedule currently

FINANCE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interacting with the grant department dealing with grant invoices, and additional non-grant related invoices
• Keeping track of invoices and responding to requests from Vendors to ensure timely payments / follow ups
• Assisting with Month end close activities and assisting with HR responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE FINANCE ASSOCIATE

• Bachelors in Accounting
• Open to working with other departments and strong communication skills
• Sage 100 is a plus
