This organization is a leader in the distribution of large manufacturing machinery that has an international customer-base.  They have a state of the art facility in Windsor Locks, CT where these machines are serviced and engineered to meet customer needs. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE RECENT GRADUATE:   

• Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts
• Prepare and adjust journal entries
• Analyze balance sheets
• Prepare daily bank reconciliation
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Preparing monthly receivable and aged report analysis
• Perform data analysis

QUALIFICATIONS PREFFERED FOR THE RECENT GRADUATE:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics    
• Have had a previous job in the Finance or Accounting industry 
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - experience with pivot tables and vlookups   
• Professional and motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
