    ACCOUNTS PAYABLE LEAD / SUPERVISOR

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Responsible for supporting the accounting / finance function for the plant.
    • Supports to approve expenses, expense reports and appropriation requests.
    • Help prepare weekly and monthly financial results and assist with short-term and long-term forecasts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, various account reconciliations, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and budget plan versus actual analysis.
    • Participates in the development of accounting/finance policies and procedures.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • BA in Accounting
    • Several years of experience in an AP/AR Lead or Supervisor or similar role.
    • ERP experience is a must
    • Experience in (Cyberquery, Hyperion, Crystal, Cognos, SQL, etc) is preferred.
    • Experience within a manufacturing environment is a plus

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

    • GAAP
    • Excel proficiency
    • Report writing expertise ( Crystal, Cognos, Cyberquery or other BI tools.)
    • Strong staff supervision / leadership skills / project management experience
