    COLLECTIONS ANALYST - 99% REMOTE

     

    ABOUT THE COMPANY AND OPPORTUNITY:

    • The Collections Analyst will report to the Financial Controller, this role is responsible for ensuring clients’ timely payments for services rendered

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COLLECTIONS ANALYST:

    • Work with firm attorneys to establish contact with their clients as it relates to delinquent matters
    • Assist in managing the inventory portfolio
    • The Collections Analyst will contact clients for payments
    • Establish payment arrangements/settlement
    • Conduct reconciliation of accounts
    • Generate reports, report analysis, and communication between clients, attorneys, and firm management
    • This role has a hybrid work arrangement. Most of the work week can be remote, but we do expect the employee to come into the office from time-to-time

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE COLLECTIONS ANALYST:

    • Experience in a collections function
    • High School/Bachelor’s Degree
    • 4 years of collections experience
