    AR/AP SPECIALIST – LOTS OF OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH

    OVERVIEW OF THE AR/AP SPECIALIST ROLE: Perform all duties related to Accounts Receivable processing of cash receipts including verifying coding, depositing, data entry, performing credit card reconciliations, monitoring and processing exceptions and corrections to revenue fees, and handling incoming checks, wires, ACH, and securities

    • Research, analyze, and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner
    • Process and manage AR monthly fees to projects
    • Assist with maintaining AR schedules and preparation of journal entries
    • Participate in cross departmental and cross organizational teams, financial projects and planning activities as needed
    • Assist with internal audit as needed
    • Assist with AP and AR of other entities too

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AR/AP SPECIALIST :

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
    • Likes to figure out processes and "why"
    • Smart, Analytical, problem solver, team player and proactive
    • 1-2 year of experience
