JOB DUTIES:

• Handle a high volume of calls each day and be able to work efficiently on dual monitors
• CSRs will be required to document all call details and follow a procedure for call flow
• Responsible for answering customer questions and resolving issues as quickly as possible
• Provide excellent customer service

• 1+ years of customer service preferable in call center environment

Additional details:

• These are IN OFFICE positions
• Training is 2 weeks long and is 8a-5p M-F
• After Training, hours are 1st shift M-F with start times of 8:00a and 8:30a
• After going direct, there is a possible pay increase
