ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK: JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handle invoice processing and discrepancies, vendor maintenance and vendor payments.
• Verify approvals on all vendor invoices and check requests.
• Code invoices accurately to the general ledger accounts.
• Answer vendor inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Release approved invoices from payment hold to ensure timely vendor payments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year Accounts Payable experience
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
