WHAT WILL THE HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST DO?

• Benefits administration for employees
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment efforts
• Employee onboarding/orientations
• support employees in leaves of absence and compensation
• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
• Implement new HR procedures for the department
• Organize employee performance reviews
• Maintain employee files and records
• Resolving issues in a timely manner for all employees
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Responsible for payroll

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST:

• 1+ years of experience in the role of a human resource
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration is a plus
