CUSTOMER SUPPORT - PHONE SPECIALIST FOR ONLINE & PRINT ADS

- Partner and work directly with Customer Support Manager on special projects

OVERVIEW OF THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST ROLE
- Work with customers in successfully posting either print or media ads
- Inquire about needs to properly represent their request
- Take payment after posting position
- Follow up after ad expires to analyze success of posting or to make any adjustments
- Handle both customer inbound and outbound calls/emails
- Log all inbound sales leads in system database for sales follow-up
- Log, investigate, track and resolved customer concerns with deliveries, curriculum, sales orders and product info
- Set-up and activate customers in online system
- Partner with internal departments to ensure effective and timely resolution is provided for all customer inquires
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
- 2+ years of Customer Service and Call Center experience
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast paced environment
- Great communication and follow-through
