As an Executive Recruiter, you will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with accounting and finance professionals. 50% of the focus is on client development and 50% is on recruiting and candidate development. You will work collaboratively with your team to manage process for direct-hire placement of Accounting and Finance positions ranging from entry-level to executive level, from searching and prospecting through ensuring successful placements.
