SALESFORCE TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

SALESFORCE TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the entire Salesforce environment including maintenance, upgrades, end-user support, etc 
• Communicate & assist managers and end-users with support for projects and Salesforce issues, including providing best practices
• Develop solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions
• Analyze project objectives and capability requirements, for all functions of internal Salesforce
• Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce
• Ensure enhancements are aligned with business rules and maintain service levels for fixing issues
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
• Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including, but not limited to workflow, process builder, flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports 
• Review business requirements and provide high level of documentation 
• Participate in test case development and execution for organizational and departmental projects/initiatives
• Periodically audit and monitor data quality
• Maintain relationships with vendors

SALESFORCE TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 3-5 years of Salesforce application configuration and/or development
• 3-5 years of experience in group benefits and record keeping systems
• Proficient with Salesforce basics, Apex, VisualForce, Lightning, RDBMS and JavaScript Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, SFDX
• Experience in multi-system integration
• Experience in source code control
• Experience in Force.com Architecture - Preferred 
• Salesforce Certifications and Badges - Preferred
